Applications

We begin accepting applications for the upcoming school year on January 23rd. To begin the admission process, please complete our online application.

STEP 2. Complete an online application

• Go to our school website and click on Admissions to access the application.
• Create an account. You can exit the application and return with the created login and password.
• Submit a completed admissions application and supporting documents:
• $20 non-refundable application fee (per student applicant)
• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
• Copy of Student’s last two years of Report Card (1st – 6th grade applicants)
• Copy of most recent Standardized Test Scores (3rd – 6th grade applicants)
• Pastor’s Reference Form
• Applications will be processed and reviewed upon completion.

STEP 3. Financial Aid Application (optional)

• Access the Financial Aid Application in the application
• Submit supporting documents

STEP 4. Family Interview

• Once your completed application is received, admissions office will contact you to schedule a family interview.
• All parents are required to have read the following materials prior to the family interview:
• The BCA Mission & Philosophy and Statement of Faith.
• Family interview helps us to assess new applicants based on our school’s mission and culture. Families are assessed based upon: family support and partnership, understanding of classical Christian education, and family faith aligns with school’s statement of faith.

STEP 5. Readiness Observation Day for Kindergarten applicants

• BCA will schedule observation day during the months of February through March.

STEP 6. Acceptance and Admittance

• After the interview, you will be notified of the admissions decision within two weeks of your child’s admissions decision.

STEP 7. Enrollment

• The family of accepted applicant(s) has two weeks from the date of the notification letter to respond.
• Log in to the online application and complete enrollment by submitting a signed enrollment contract, tuition contract, enrollment fee, student record release authorization, and other required documents.

STEP 8. Tuition Payment Plan Set Up

• All families are required to make tuition payments through FACTS management.
